There are even Police Officers here in Riverton that I suspect as being involved. Scott Komrs I would consider innocent, He is an Lt. on the local P.D. here, but Earl Smith Whom is a deputy with the Fremont county sheriffs department now was a regular around Bill Rowley then. Scott was married to Morie Komars the Tae Kwon Do instructor around town, They were decent People and I doubt if They had any contact to said crime, but Earl?
